Sorry to hear those are your feelings. Are you in psychotherapy? Are you on medication? During periods when I feel mentally drained, I meet more often with my psychologist, it gives me confidence and helps me a lot to keep myself more balanced.

I am sorry for your loss! I had to put down my cat a year ago and it's so hard.. You are allowed to be sad and in grieve, a pet is like a best friend. Talking with family and friends and others who have lost their pets and can relate is important, don't be alone💕
