I am wondering if I can get some tips on glucose-sustaining breakfasts. My biggest lows happen between breakfast and lunchtime

My doctor & dietician both told me the best thing to do is have a meal with fiber, good fat, and protein. These slow down the digestion of carbohydrates so you don't have a glycemic spike. So maybe eggs or a breakfast meat and fruit or some kind of whole grain? There are plenty of other options too. Yogurt, peanut butter, whatever floats your boat!
