When I wake up I’m always painfully hungry and feel my blood sugar so low, does anyone have this problem too? If so how could I fix this? I don’t like to eat right when I wake up cause it’s too hard on my stomach so I’m stuck either way

I have this problem as well. If you can, it would probably be best to slowly eat little light things (a piece of toast, a cracker or two) as soon as you can until you get used to eating in the morning. Then you can maybe eat more. If you feel you can't eat at all, you can try drinking room temperature water or a nice warm cup of tea. Gatorade helps me as well since it has sugar and electrolytes. So if/when I feel that I can't eat, I'll sip on something like that until I've stablized my blood sugar a bit and have been up long enough to eat. If you can't do full meals, keep snacks with you to eat periodically. For tea, I recommend my favorite lemon ginger with probiotics by Bigelow. Ginger helps calm the stomach. Ginger ale could also help if you're okay with carbination. Mint is another good choice 🤗
