I have been really struggling to be motivated to do anything these last few weeks. I have work, school work, and personal work to get done and I struggle immensely. The less I do, the worse I feel about myself…. Any suggestions?

Write down what u need to do and start with just one thing that u feel u can accomplish in that day or the next day if u do it at night. Make a list and do one thing at a time or however much u feel u can handle. I was put on meds and it has helped me ALOT i hate having to rely on them sometimes but without them IDEK what I would do or where i would be
