Anyone had any luck finding a good medication that manages POTS?

      Personally, i used Calan, calcium channel blocker 30 years ago. Loved it. Very helpful controlling blood pressure fluctuations. Id live to use now for POTS, but in hospital 4 years ago, they put me on metoprolol and spironolactone. Doing well, so chicken to change. I havent had an ER type episode since a month after that, so coming up to 4 years soon.

      Corlanor helped me. I was eventually able to come off of it because I manage my POTS with exercise, but it was great when I needed it. I could not take beta blockers.

      propranolol is another beta blocker that has helped me!

      Fludrocortisone has helped me a lot

      Yes! Metoprolol did wonders for me. It’s a beta-blocker that my cardiologist prescribed

        @incogneato did you have to try other beta blockers before you got on it?

          @AKD I took labetalol before and during pregnancy from a different physician, but no this was the first one prescribed by my new physician
