A big combo of things. First, Getting on a beta blocker that tremendously helped my heart rate. After I did that, slowly building up tolerance to sitting for longer periods and getting up and standing again(I was bedridden for a year) breathing exercises, keeping a low stress life style(a big key for me)getting enough salt and water is another big one, taking 300-400 mg of magnesium a day(I take a brand called remag which bypasses the guy for absorbtion) taking vitamin d 3, and a multivitamin, eating foods with Potassium, low carb diet but not to the point of keto because that made me worse, limiting sugar, drinking a coffee that uses Swiss water method to really get the caffeine out so that it didn’t cause higher heart rate, and taking melatonin to help with sleep at night.
