I am normally a very anxious and worried person but lately it has been way more extreme than usual and I've found myself getting very emotional as well. Has anyone else been having a harder time than usual lately?

      I’ve been feeling kind of melancholy the past few days as well. I think it might be due to the fact that the temperature has dropped almost 40 degrees over the past week. The shifting weather can make me feel differently, emotionally.

      Jojo weather does that to me too, it definitely can affect our whole mood, pretty intense

      All I know is that 6 planets are in retrograde. I don't really believe in all that but.... makes you wonder.

        @musigal1827 oh really?!?! I did not know that. I do believe in that stuff for the most part. We never really know for sure but I believe it because I get like this everytime there's a full moon and or planets in retrograde. I've been wondering if there was any in retrograde because of how awful I've been feeling mentally lately.
