Struggling with the Fall and Winter Blues

Does anyone else get a weird feeling during this transition time of fall and winter? I genuinely feel more depressed and lost in life. Also just going through a lot right now.

Hi everyone thanks for your replies. It helps to know I'm not alone. But I've been going through a separation with my boyfriend and that has multiplied the depressed feelings 😥

It’s seasonal affective disorder. Talk to your psychiatrist about it. I have it too. It’s really rough, especially if you live somewhere cold. (Wisconsin, in my case) if you ever wanna talk my inbox is open (that goes for anybody) 💜

I can relate! I always start to decline during the winter months although I am hoping that with my medications being corrected this year maybe I’ll do a little better

You are not alone ! I've been stuck in a depressive episode for about 5 days now and I find myself always checking the weather to see how cold it's going to be 😑 I hate that it gets darker faster, I hate everything about winter !!!

I get the same exact feeling. It's like I'm lost, wandering, etc. So I understand the feeling. I tend to find spending time with my dog or doodling helps alot though
