I’d like to learn more about the connection between bipolar disorder and epilepsy. Both conditions are managed with Lamictal. I primarily have focal aware seizures and the symptoms are very strange and difficult to describe. Like deja vu or deja reve. Sometimes they feel spiritual. Or like I’m on the cusp of remembering something or someone very important - from a dream, the past, the future even. It can feel pleasant or frightening. I’m also curious to hear about others experiences related to this.

I haven’t experienced epilepsy myself. It would be very interesting if more research was done around the overlap between the two. Sounds like a mixed bag, hope you’re well!
