How do you deal with your epilepsy? I had mine for 25 years and about to be 29 on Dec. 5th. A mom to a little girl.

@inertplanetary yes, well... as far as I can tell, I have focal seizures and I don't know when I'm having one so it could happen anytime and I don't know, but I would say its been 6 mo to a year since my last one maybe more.

Its hard for me, I'm always getting told I can't do this or I can't do that because of it and I'm 22.

It's frustrating when people focus on what you can't do rather than what you can do 💕

@inertplanetary thanks, I know, I am constantly being told I'm not going to get married or have children. Before you had your daughter were you ever told that?

The right person will see past the epilepsy and they will love you 😊 are your seizures well controlled?

@couragousepilepic21 I'm diagnosed with focal seizures too but haven't had any since May 2021 😊 good to hear they're managed at the moment!
