          @Castro same. I tell people and they are like "sure your not having a heart attack?!" Like yes. It's just my body being stupid and I have to wait it out

      I had so much muscle tension in my neck and shoulder my left arm would go numb and feel heavy. Scared me into thinking other things

        @Fisherwoman101 omg yes I was like is it a heart problem or stroke I was so nervous my doctor said nope my neck and back muscles were so tense

      Yes. I try to just try and ignore it since I tend to have health related anxiety & no health insurance. Not sure what the cause is, but it’s a weird sensation, right?
