Dealing with Fibromyalgia Pain in Upper Arms and Legs

I have fibromyalgia but my worst pain is muscles in my upper arms( biceps, triceps) and neck as well as posterior thighs and calf muscles. My upper arm muscles twitch and the pain is sometimes hard to deal with. Anyone else have this problem?
