focusing on maintaining my sleep schedule (getting enough) and water consumption really helps my POTS day to day. i also take salt pills if i’m having a hard time.

I do an adaptive sleep schedule (fits my work week) and lots of squat breaks- another trick I was given was after any extended period of sleeping to drink 22oz or more of water before starting anything

I drink lots of sugar free gatorade and you can get instant gatorade packets at walmart or online to keep with you, I also keep emergency soy sauce packets on my person so I can drink them for the high sodium to get my BP up if I start feeling badly. Mostly staying hydrated and salt

That's a very broad question, and there's a lot that could answer that question: meds, braces, specific clothing, gluten free diet... but if I had to choose one I'd say my wheelchair definitely ♿
