I am in the process of getting diagnosed with POTS. I have almost all the symptoms, and an extensive history of them, too. It would explain so much on my health journey. Any info I should know about it? Any tips or Tricks? Must-haves? etc?

In addition to what’s been said compression socks and liquid iv are two things that I’ve found helpful.

Two things that helped me the most: stay hydrated, drink only water without sodas or something sweet, and don’t forget to get the salt you need as well. Gatorade can be a great solution but it contains sugar. The other thing that helped me was aerobic exercise. It may be hard to start but after a while I noticed the difference.

I'm also in the process of getting diagnosed, I've started keeping the salt packets from like restaurants on me and it helps a lot in a pinch
