@Midnight160 if im not able to go out then same đ
@bj8 Thank you. How do I handle it though?
@Ambier theres no right way and theres no wrong way. my best advice is to stay jn touch with the people you love and try to go out with them as often as you can. try to stay involved in activities so you donât isolate yourself in your own thoughts.
Is that true? I recently became really depressed and now I am worried about winter.
@Ambier being depressed and having depression are very different. Hopefully you will not have many adverse responses to the winter months but you can always take extra steps to take care of yourself, and maybe talk to your dr
@Ambier some people get seasonal depression, and some people have generalized depression, and some people have both. Just because youâve recently become depressed doesnât mean it will get worse during the winter. In fact, lots of people love the winter because of the holidays and the snow and the coziness of the season. So donât stress out about it :) if it happens, it happens, and if it doesnât, it doesnât. No point in worrying a ton about something that might not affect you at all.
@Ambier yeah its true for most people unfortunately. dont worry about it, it comes and goes. in the end youâll be alright.
Yup... Spend less time outside and more cooped up in the house.
Seasonal depression!
YES. Winter is the worst time of the year for my mental health. Thereâs not as much sunlight, Cabin fever is a thing so I donât want to go outsideâŚ. It just sucks.
