For everyone that has bipolar 2 which med helped you the most??? I’ll have manic episodes sometimes but it’s more depressive than anything. I also have (add, anxiety and depression) which I take meds for all and currently taking a bipolar med but I still can’t seem to feel better. Im satisfied with my depression and anxiety meds but I’m not sure if my bipolar med is really helping or not and is getting in the way of my add med

I have bipolar 1 and I've taken a handful of meds over the years but lamictal has helped me the best.

And I also take a combination natural supplement for menopause. Helps with mood swings (and other symptoms of menopause).
I have bipolar also. I take 2 antidepressants ( pristiq, buspirone) and a mood stabilizer (lamictal) Then 2 weeks out of the month, in between my periods, I take another antidepressant (fluoxetine/prozac) for PMDD.

Seroquel is awesome. But BEWARE. it made me gain SO MUCH WEIGHT. I’ll never take it again because of that…
