      Not sure cuz but does it feel impulsive OR something that needed to happen? Impulsivity is a sign you could be hypo. I know that’s my sign when I start spending money I don’t have and wanting to write a book or some dumb shit like that. I’m breaking up with mine tomorrow and it’s definitely impulsive but it’s how I’ve been feeling for a while. My psychiatrist did tell me I’m in a mixed episode currently so idk 🤷🏽‍♀️

        @Olivia18 good luck with your breakup!!! You got this!! You know what’s best for you!!! I’m devastated but at the same time have been really keeping everything together well which is why I’m worried I’m hypo bc I’m don’t usually have that “getting my shit together” feeling if that makes sense
