Make sure you're doing all the basics for now, doing very LIGHT workouts I recommend yoga, drink your water, eat leafy greens and all that good stuff, maybe cut back on meat and dairy, and rellllaxxx stress does crazy things lol

Maybe I'm wrong...but, would your low iron cause irregular heart beat and shortness of breath when my ferritin was at 6 my heart beat was irregular and sometimes pounding when I would just walk to my dresser. Once I got it up that stuff stopped

The only that helped me was an ablation.

They also did a chest X-ray in hospital- but it’s ok cause I see a cardiologist on Wednesday

Yes will definitely do all the above!

Which is what you are doing but the hematologist will likely give you infusions

Also ekg does not show the whole picture. You gotta see a cardiologist soon for further testing

You probably need iron infusions much better than oral iron
