Dizziness and Vision: Possible Causes?

I often get dizzy when standing up and my vision starts to go black. I often need to grab onto something to stable myself, but it only lasts a few seconds. I’m wondering if these symptoms are from anemia (I’ve had issues with it in the past, and my anemia rn is pretty mild) or if the symptoms are from serous otitis media or something else.

it could be that you have it and if you do get prescribed iron pills they are way better than over counter

perhaps if you can’t take iron pills you can get iron infusions? i used to be extremely anemic (hemoglobin at 9 or 10) and i also received epogen shots that helped me a lot

I was taking over the counter iron supplements before becoming anemic, but my doctor said I should stop taking them because of other conditions I have
