Nighttime Mood Swings with Anxiety

Never think about life after 9pm. It may be hard to do, but when I feel just awful, I look at the time and realize my brain is being mean and I probably need to rest

Nighttime always worse for me. I make sure to go bed at good time bc then everything is thrown out the window. I feel awful and sometimes cry to sleep. Even if I kept it together all day night time is a whole other story.

I saw this yesterday and I was “nahh not me” but then I started thinking more and I get soooo emotional at night/bedtime. Like I can go from angry to sad to happy to angry again within the hour. Idk what that it
