I'm a 12 year post stem cell transplant patient b/c of MDS (cured), and I don't have much energy. I recently went back to work full time as a dental hygienist, and I struggle to keep up with a busy schedule, anxiety of not being perfect, and just so tired. My joints have been sore for 2 months, worse in the morning--so much inflammation. Thinking about going gluten free, but worried about how I can do this when I'm so tired. After work, I'm ready to go to bed. Also wondering about Rheumatoid Arthritis. Thinking about trying to see a Dr about that, but appts are hard to make with a full work schedule.
Hugs and prayers friend. I will pray that you will be able to get the help that you need. Remember to take care of your health, you’re the most important 🙏 🙏 ❤️ 💕
