Dealing with Extreme Fatigue from Autoimmune Disorder

I recently found out that I have some kind of connective tissue autoimmune disorder (waiting to see a rheumatologist to find out what exactly). Does anyone have advice for extreme fatigue? I'm so tired that it's hard to function at times!

Treatment of my autoimmune condition is the only thing that relieves the fatigue.

I agree. The fatigue is really bad sometimes. Sleeping is the only relief for me at that time. When I am feeling a little better I try to get some exercise. If I’m at home, I do laundry or some cleaning. Accomplishing something really boosts my mood. Also it is very easy to get deconditioned which makes everything harder. It is really important not to get out of shape.
