Looking for Similarities

I also have Chronic pain and lethargy, among others. Day to day can be a struggle and I basically live just for a moment and once I get through an hour, I tackle the next and so on. I have my, what I call my Windows of Opportunity, and I will have energy to get things done. I do find that when my Diabetes and Hashimoto's is under strict control, I do have more energy and less pain. My Arthritis acts up a lot since I am living in Mississippi and the hot and humidity and random storms. I fell it bad. I don't like the Meloxicam my doctor prescribed, so I take my supplements and Ibuprofen. Basically I just live for today, tackle it and try again tomorrow. Less overwhelming.
