I have binge eating disorder and I have a really bad habit of binging at night. I've tried everything that I can think of to stop my urges, but if I don't fulfill them I'm not able to sleep because its all I can think about. does anyone have any tips to help with these urges?

I have to have to have a routine on when to eat . I also have to have my snacks portioned out . I also eat a snack before I go to bed . It also helped me not to binge . I hope this helps.

i found that for me at least, it helps to just have something in my mouth. try chewing gum or eating lollipops or other things that take a long time to eat.
