      I have the same issue. I've had nightmares for years and sometimes get night terrors. I never sleep well and just want a good sleep. I still haven't found anything to help.

      Have you tried cannabis or ask your doctor for prazosin, it's for nightmares in ptsd, it's my life saver.

        @spycychkyn prazosin lowers my blood pressure to low and I smoke cannabis 24/7 for anxiety
