Lately my anxiety has gotten to the point that I constantly have a pain in my chest and it feels like I can't breathe. What can I do to relieve the pain?

I take a giant deep breath, hold it, and slowly release it. I repeat this process multiple times, sometimes holding my arms out in a t pose helps me gain my breath back.

I just started a new medication bc I’ve been dealing with this for years and I’m tired

same, its this constant tightness.. i have my bf do cpr-like motions on me and it relieves the pain, but only momentarily. i recently just got on beta blockers to see if it would help, but they dont. ive tried tons of other meds too. i might try exercising, even though its the last thing i want to do when im in pain, maybe itll distract my heart or something
