      Flee to a comfort zone,or if that isn't possible,find a secluded spot,preoccupy your thoughts to surrounding sounds, analyze them in the finest detail,take slow deep breaths. whatever you do,do not take it out on yourself,nobody wants to suffer with this,do the best you can.
