My wife kicked me out bc of my bipolar symptoms. My meds work great, but for some reason one day they didn’t. One (albeit severe) slip up. How can i show her it won’t happen again? Or is that impossible? I’m feeling like it’s impossible, because of how severe my bipolar is another slip up is possible. Thoughts/advice/anything

No medications have helped me. Been switching between meds for nearly 20 years. 2 marriages later, the only real ease i have found, has come from cannabis.

You really can only take life a day at a time, slip ups happen, it's part of being human. Wishing you well on your journey. Take this time away to be productive, do your research, and don't forget to have fun. :)

I used to take guanfacine. I don’t take it anymore because I’m immune and it doesn’t have effect on me anymore. As for your situation, that is kind of tough to find a solution for, in my opinion. I feel like you should talk to a therapist or psychiatrist or something. It helps me.

@KatGPT yeah i have a psychiatrist. I’m trying to get in to see this therapist rn too. That’s the only thing i could think of, besides journaling

@DitsyDiabetic also, journaling doesn't have to be limited to just words... Maybe do some art and music too to stay interested. Hope you are well. 👋
