How to Improve Communication and Avoid Overwhelming Emotions

Last night was one of the worst nights I’ve ever had. Bad anxiety with panic attacks and depression. I really thought I lost the love of my life. I’m working on my communication and not letting my bipolar or anxiety get so bad I black out. Idk how to stay calm and communicate better than I am now cause I don’t wanna lose the best thing that’s ever happened. Anyone know how I can get better with communicating things and not getting overwhelmed with emotions??

I am going through the same thing, your not alone. It takes time for things to get better it really does on the bright side once the resources are handed to you they help if you allow it to. I don't have a therapist though when I did it helped. I find talking about my emotions helps me .

Cannabis is a bipolar person’s best friend. Also, are you on any meds?
