I have severe anxiety and its starting to create physical symptoms. But my anxiety is triggered by health concerns so when I get anxious and start feeling tingly or lightheaded or sick it freaks me out even more and it just keeps going in this circle for hours straight, sometimes days. I could really use some help or reassurance
Anxiety is a b*tch. Stress and fear will wreak havoc on your body physically and emotionally. It's completely "normal". That probably doesn't help but it's how I feel. I get light headed as well. Then I get gaggy where it feels like I might throw up. It's been trash bad since January. I understand is what I'm trying to say.
