oh trust me I have tried every unmedicated trick you can ever think of guided meditations, breathing exercises, sleep meditations, I can’t relax at all I can barely get out of bed because of how bad my nausea gets I try and distract myself with positive things but it just doesn’t help enough and also I don’t like hot drinks so I don’t drink tea

I relate to this so much. I am also struggling with this and trying to figure it out, so I don’t have any definitive solutions. But one thing is that focusing on it will make it worse. It’s hard not to focus on it because it’s such a terrible feeling! But just try to find distractions. I also try to say some positive affirmations. Some of the ones that feel best for me are “although I feel bad now, this won’t last forever. I will feel better eventually” “I am thankful to my body and mind for trying to protect me, but there is nothing I need to fear in this situation” “I am healthy, I am not sick”

Agoraphobia. The fear of leaving ones home. It's more common than one may realize. It has also been more common after COVID-19. Don't be ashamed. There are plenty of resources online that can help you. I suggest researching agoraphobia to start and see if you feel that it relates to you
