I try to relax by occupying my mind with playing mobile games and puzzles, listening to music and surfing the internet. Meditation is also a great way to relieve stress. I also take walks when I am feeling well enough and not in pain. Have you tried knitting or crocheting?
well I don't care for any kind of sewing or knitting type stuff. I do do some art and craft things and I also write some poetry. In the last few years , I have had more anxiety. I know if I get this virus with only like 29 percent of lung function left I'm not going to survive it. I was okay with anxiety and depression most days till c19 came along.
