Hello everyone, so after having a month or two of bad stress/anxiety, I noticed my stool is like a light brown/yellow tint to it. It’s still for the most part solid and formed, but the color isn’t the normal dark brown. Also I will have abdominal aches parts of the day and sometimes feel under my ribs(nothing crazy painful but still will ache). It’s been going on for a little over a month now. My doctor said I probably got mild IBS from my high level of stress/anxiety that I went through for 4-6 weeks. Could I have inflammation in my small intestine probably or somewhere in my bowels? He said to give it a few months for my body’s digestion to reset. He doesn’t think it’s anything with the structure of my organs but the function may have been effected form the anxiety. Anyone have this or any ideas?
