Presbyopia is a condition in which the ability of the eyes to focus on nearby objects decreases gradually. It happens due to aging, and it is normal but it interferes greatly with the quality of life of older people. The lens is the flexible part of the eye which accommodates objects at different distances. While getting older, the lens loses its flexibility when getting older and does not change its shape in order to accommodate.
