Postmenopausal bleeding can be caused by many things; Polyps, fibroids, infections, hormone replacement therpay, uterine cancer, endometrial cancer, endometrial hyperplasia, cervical cancer, and cervicitis are some of the causes for abnormal uterine bleeding.

Signs & symptoms
Vaginal bleeding is the main symptom. If the bleeding is very heavy, the patient may suffer from anemia signs- pallor and fatigue.
Diagnosis
