What is it?

A tumor, or a neoplasm describes an abnormal growth of cells. Usually, in order to identify the type of tumor, some cells are taken out and sent to pathological examination. A Neoplasm of Uncertain Behavior means that the behavior of the tumor cannot be predicted through pathology. These tumors are treated as currently benign, but may have some characteristics that make it optional for the tumor to become malignant. In the genitourinary system, neoplasms of uncertain behavior may exist in its different organs such as the urethra, ureter, in males the prostate, in females ovaries, uterus and more.
