Struggling with Selective Mutism
Does anyone else have the issue with I've always have had selective mutism and it's like people don't believe it's a thing because I can talk to some people or I can force myself to talk sometimes and just assume if I don't talk to them I'm being rude

Lately I've been having these "staring spells" and when I come out of it I go mute (caused by selective mutism). Does anyone know what this could be? I don't want to freak myself out.
