I've had left cramps and pains since I was in 7th grade, not sure what's causing it because it's not by bones or muscles it looks like. But I also can't straighten my legs when I am sitting down. Any Ideas?

Bilateral Leg Pain Since Childhood - Seeking Advice

I have had bilateral leg pain, focused mainly in the thigh area, since I was a child. Most days, it’s one leg or the other, never both at the same time. I have not yet found a diagnosis and nothing works to fix it other than ibuprofen. Anyone have something similar?
