Getting Dizzy After Eating - Need Help!

Hi, I keep getting dizzy right after eating— like blurred vision, vertigo, muscle aches, etc. especially after dinner. My diet is mainly like: Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ cinnamon, blueberries, and small plate of mixed fruit (which is banana, strawberries, oranges, cantaloupe or pineapple) and a small plate of spinach Lunch: lettuce with 1/4 of chicken breast and 4 carrots, potato or white rice, plate of mixed fruit Dinner: 1/4 cup green beans, table spoon peas, 1/4 cup carrots and 1/4 chicken with some spinach I figure I need to cut on the carbs, but does anyone know what this could be? I am open to suggestions. Also I keep getting hungry even after I ate so much, and when I’m hungry I simultaneously feel so nauseated like I’m about to throw up. No idea why. Sometimes it goes away for a few days but comes back. Thank you!

Looking for advice on treating SIBO symptoms

I was just diagnosed with SIBO. I don't know much about it, and I have a follow up appointment soon, but I'm very happy to finally have a definitive answer to 3 years of constant uncontrollable symptoms. I'm excited to finally start treating symptoms, and healing properly! I thought I would come here to ask, what has helped others the most in their journey with intestinal malabsorption/SIBO?

Coping with Food Restrictions for IBS and SIBO

hello, I have been diagnosed with Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth 3x, first two times we tried antibiotics but nothing changed so now I have an ND/functional doc going a naturopathic route. I also have IBS mixed so my diet is very limited. no sugar or wheat for SIBO and then lowfod for IBS. How have others coped with food restrictions? Do you also have IBS? Are there any cookbooks that you recommend? thank you!

Post-Gallbladder Surgery Issues: Seeking Advice

Hello! I am a 23 year old momma of a 1 year old. I had surgery about a year and some months ago to remove my gallbladder after having gallstones. Since then I have had extreme pain in my stomach after eating, constant passing of bile, and constant urge to use the restroom quickly after I eat. I am looking for others who might share the same issues as I do, and maybe share some knowledge on what they might do to help.

Struggling with Health Issues as a Mom of Three

I’m a 32 year old mom of three kiddos 5 and under. I work in women’s health and stay home with the kids during the day. My life is my family, hiking, my animals and squeezing in time with friends and for Reiki healing. I love to learn in general. I got my gallbladder out in December 21 and my quality of life has decreased a lot since then due to bile acid malabsorption. I also have other lifelong issues of IBS, postherpetic neuralgia from shingles and acid reflux disease. I’m really needing support lately to remain hopeful during this time in my life.

Need help with gut flora imbalance

What kind of doctor will help with the flora in your intestines. I talked to my PC and my digestive disease doctor and both have indicated they don’t work with that. So I have tests that show my flora is way off (high bad bacteria and low good bacteria) and so far no one can help me fix that. My diet is good but I think I need some kind of other intervention.
