Abdominal pain after appendix removal and intestinal repair

I have been having pain in my abdomen. sometimes it feels like I am being stuck with a needle like feeling, other times it burns and painful..my doctor thought I had kidney stones but none showed in the cat scan. Now the doctor thinks it might be scar tissue from when I had my appendix removed and from repair work on.my intestines at the same time from the doctor finding lesions. Has any one had similar pain

Acid Reflux from Dairy?

Any body get really bad acid reflux from eating dairy? When I eat dairy I get acid reflux and integration/ nausea for days after. I taking lactaid usually helps I’m just wondering if lactose intolerance does this to anyone else?

Anyone have any immediate relief when u accidentally drink something with dairy I'm lactose and I feel so awful when I drink any form of dairy 🥺🤢

Struggling with Lactose Intolerance Postpartum

I’ve been lactose intolerant since I was 12 years old. During my first pregnancy I suddenly became tolerant! Postpartum however my intolerance got EVEN WORSE. Even taking 3 Lactaid pills aren’t helping. Any suggestions? Also no I will not give up pizza.

How do u eat and function w constant IBS like symptoms w this horrible condition? Do enzymes of any sort help you? Medicines?
