I have been having pain in my abdomen. sometimes it feels like I am being stuck with a needle like feeling, other times it burns and painful..my doctor thought I had kidney stones but none showed in the cat scan. Now the doctor thinks it might be scar tissue from when I had my appendix removed and from repair work on.my intestines at the same time from the doctor finding lesions. Has any one had similar pain

I have heard lesions may cause pain, especially if you develop keloids when healing. ( Keloid is a raised scar).

One user mentioned experiencing right upper quadrant pain for over a year with no gallstones and no clear diagnosis. Another user shared their experience with abdominal pain caused by adhesions after surgeries, including a hysterectomy and removal of fallopian tubes and ovaries. Adhesions can cause pain as they tear and do not show up on most imaging tests.
