I have a service dog does anyone else have a service animal
I have an issue with what I think is hypoglycemia. I have regularly been keeping track of my glucose levels throughout the days and the past 2 weeks, my average glucose level is around 70-80. The lowest I’ve had during this time period was 58, and the highest would be 209 (only because of a stress hormone release from a recent surgery after anesthesia) second highest being 112. Any tips on how I can obtain a diagnosis? I have a feeling the doctors I see won’t give me anything official until I faint or something.
how do yall know when your sugar rises and drops I suddenly will faint
My hypoglycemia friends… What kinds of food do you eat before going to bed to prevent a blood sugar crash at night?? I have trouble finding even complex carbs that won’t keep me from having to get up to pee a million times and then risk passing out. What helps?
I have struggled with hypoglycemia for years but it feels like it’s honestly getting harder to control. I’m at the point where I test my blood sugar probably 4 to 6 times a day and I’m eating every few hours to try to keep up with it. My lowest recent reading was 53 and I usually hang out between 70 and 90 often even after eating. Has anyone struggled with this? How do you navigate it?
