burning and tingling almost constant but if i walk more that 5 to 10 feet my calves feel like they are getting charlie horses and hurt to the point i cry. anyone else experience this? what can i do?

Reducing Foot Neuropathy Severity in Diabetes

Hi everybody... Name is Ron, 62 yrs. my diabetes seems pretty much under control... my BSug levels are ok.. from 105 Ish - 135 Ish.... my problem is foot neuropothy.. is there anything that helps at least reduce the severity?? I thought as my sugar levels got better so would they neuropathy... 🙄🤔🤔🤔 Any info well be greatly appreciated. 🤘💞

Managing Neuropathy Pain in Lower Legs

Hi Alex my question is anyone out there with neuropathy and solutions to assist me in managing pain in my lower legs below the knee on down. And if anyone can answer why my legs always feel so tired and tight if it might be related to some of the diabetic medication that I take because I'm about to start and try herbal remedies because I think some of this medication is causing the problems in my legs especially the muscles. thanks everyone for your comments.
