I smoke and find something you really love doing. For example I'm a Paparazzi consultant and when I feel sad or upset I will pop on and do a live jewelry show and just the distraction of reality for a little bit usually helps

Ive found a "Band-aid" not a cure but something that takes the edge off the numbness in feet and hands.. Helps me fall asleep more comfortably... Its called "Voltaren Gel" I believe its over the counter now... Used to be prescription. A white and orange tube... Smells good and like I mentioned it takes some of the numbness away.. (Temporally) Try it for urself... Let me know if it works for your.

Hi my doctor told me to be careful with gabapentin for it has for me put me in a negative space so for now I'm on lyrica and my fingers are crossed that it will help I try to keep my compression socks on and that helps me a lot

Getting really out of shape. Just can’t get around without pain. Gabapentin is helping but I try not to take too much because of kidneys.
