does anyone have a similar problem with them. my doctor says there migraines but I don't have headaches with them. I have staring spells to point I jus stare at the lights nd ceiling. even when I walk. I roll my eyes to back of my head nd that's what hurts me. I've Had a CT scan done of my head. I've also got an appointment for neurologist in May. but I'm wondering if anyone has any tips to stop them. my migraine meds I was given don't work. I wear a beanie hat to try nd stop the staring a little bit. nd I often stay in my room completely dark except for my TV being on. idk what it is or what more to do. any help would be much appreciated.

ever since I hit puberty in middle school, I've suffered from chronic headaches every single day. many things either trigger a headache or make my headaches worse; fluorescent lights, gluten, sugar, junk food, insufficient sleep, too much blue light from technology. I am now 19, and wonder if I will suffer from this for the rest of my life. I eat very healthy foods and take 15 vitamins & supplements twice daily. does anyone have any advice or something I can try to improve my headaches? I refuse to take any drug medications as my religious beliefs frown upon it.

Other than meds, are there other treatments that might help me?

Struggling with the fatigue my medication causes me. My meds also have suddenly not been helping keeping the headaches at bay. What do you do when your meds stop helping your pain? I can’t imagine upping my meds since they already make me so tired 😮💨

I've been on amitriptyline for a few years, which has helped me a lot. I used to be down 3-5 days a week with headaches and now I'm rarely really incapacitated. But this week I've been in worse pain than I have in a long time. None of my usual meds are helping. What helps you when the meds don't?

I was just wondering if anyone else has undiagnosed chronic headaches and if so how often are they and what do your doctors think they are. I have them and they are 24/7 and my doctors aren’t real sure but they think either my neurons are misfiring or that it’s just my hashimotos.
