I have this too. It’s slowly gotten worse over the years. I suspect my allergies are a part of it. Double storm of allergies and chronic headachd

Have you tried cutting out dairy and gluten. You might have a sensitivity to dairy and it can have an effect on your sinuses. Gluten and dairy are high inflammatory foods. Try to cut it out for a month and see if you feel any better.
