Heyo, I'm brand new to this app😊 apparently I got 84 matches straight away which is good but in a way, sad cause that means a lot of people also go through the same pain I do😔 I hope everyone is doing okay and I hope to find some friends whom I can relate to😊

hi! I've been experiencing allergies much worse this week, along with a pounding heart (not usually fast though), waking up too early and falling back asleep after maybe an hour and then feeling fatigue for a long time. These are all on the list to watch for with reintroducing foods on the elimination diet I'm doing. I have a lot of food sensitivities and I did try to reintroduce almonds the day before this all started. I also was outside more than normal that day, though. If it's just from being outside, I wouldn't have these other problems, would I? I'm also wondering if it could be a sensitivity to histamine foods; anyone have that? thanks!

Looking for some input/advice. I have dealt with allergies as long as I can remember. When I was like 5, I started Zyrtec and Flonase. This was in 2004, and I’ve just recently tried to change things up because I felt like the Zyrtec wasn’t helping me anymore. I tried allegra and actually felt worse, so my Dr put me on singulair. I’ve been on it for about a month, but can’t say I’m noticing a difference. I’ve also done things like bought an air purifier, I keep a humidifier running in my room, we’ve had our house checked for mold, etc. Just not sure what else to do but I’m always congested, having headaches, it disrupts my sleep bc I can’t breathe. Any advice would be helpful, thank you!

okay so back in July I had a really bad vertigo spell that lasted just under 6 hours or so and they think it was due to allergies, cool. that's solvable, but now how to I keep away the anxiety and fear I had that the room was spinning even with my eyes closed, if that makes sense (yes that's how bad it was for me) It also didn't help I was all by myself. I had no one to help me. I have a feeling anxiety aggravated it more but how do I make sure that doesn't happen again and reason with myself that I am on top of it? I should also mention it happened every year or so around the same month for the past 3 years. how do I keep my anxiety and fear of that away?
