      Also clean your cloths in hot water , my allergist told since I’m allergic to dust mite it’s unavoidable in homes . I clean often bc of it . Remember that stuff can be in curtains vents and so on . I don’t even have curtains bc mine so bad . Hope this helps

      Also check for molds around you- do you usually have allergies indoor or outdoor? When does it trigger ?

          @Susane I got tested and I have indoor allergies most, allergic to dust and dust mites and that’s it. Aren’t we all allergic to dust anyway ? Hahaa

      I went to a allergist , I actually went for food allergy which were negative but I found by default I have a lot allergist to environmental , animals and dust mite. It makes sense now why most winter I’ve always gotten terrible sinus infections for wks at a time. My allergist are bad so I’m on injections and daily allergy meds. They also diagnosed me asthma and I have Inhalers and Nose spray.

        @Heartracer I think I might similar thing or issue looks same symptoms my allergy increase as environmental changes n outdoor as well , where do you live and which doctor you went to ? I am in ca.

          @Susane I live in New Mexico, I have Dr. Shome as my allergist now , he did a scratch prick test and blood tests that found my allergies , but before him I went to dr. Mamlock whom now retired , who also did a allergy prick test . Every time I’ve gone to allergist they do their own testing and also depending on the area is what they’ll test you for.
