*update* been using affirmations for work which has helped keep my emotions in check but I'm still getting the sick feeling and have been throwing up and needed to leave work early. anyone else get this? did anything help improve this?

      Feeling sick is also a symptom of my anxiety which has come up more recently. For me it's been getting better with time, but I found it's important to make sure to eat even if feeling sick. Practising body scan meditation can also help you learn to sit in discomfort. If nothing is working you can possibly get medication from the doctor to prevent you from being sick, although I'm not sure this is a long term solution. Nausea is the worst
