How does wine effect your GI system? My mom recently decided to buy some Pinot noir because she’d read a small glass every night is supposed to be good for people with GI issues, and she claims it’s been great for her. However, since I’ve been drinking it I think my nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhea have worsened. Does wine or alcohol help anybody else’s GI system?
